The Pandemic Could Be a Portal

During the month of June, for Spokane Queer Art Walk 2021, my stitched work will be hanging in the window at Yes Is a Feeling Gallery at 159 S Lincoln St, Suite 157, Spokane, WA 99201.

The theme is inspired by an essay by Arundhati Roy about how the pandemic could serve as a portal to a new way of living sustainably with each other and the earth. That hasn’t happened, but we can still dream.

Please note that this is a window display. If you are interested in seeing the work privately inside, please email me at mfmount@gmail.com.
